The British Invasion includes a quintet for clarinet and strings by Samuel Coleridge Taylor and selections of iconic British pop music spanning the 1960s through present day, promising a captivating blend of traditional and contemporary influences in a unique, intimate setting. It features a international lineup of musicians including clarinetist David Scott (Bathurst/USA), violinists Labib Palis (Miramichi/Colombia) and Alfonso Soria (Bathurst/Mexico), violist Estelle Salmon (Bathurst/France), and cellist Natalia Bohórquez (Miramichi/Colombia).
Admission is by voluntary contribution at the door on the day of the concert for a suggested donation of $25 (or $50 per family).
